All our grilled sausages have been made exclusively for us by Pirsch Butchers with great care and artisanal skill.

Potsdam Beer Sausage
Made from pork and dark beer from the Braumanufaktur Potsdam brewery.

Thuringian-style bratwurst
Classic and well-seasoned.

Mexican bratwurst
Spicy with chilli and sweetcorn.

Beef bratwurst
Rich and full-flavoured.

Vietnamese bratwurst
Exotic with coriander, thyme and chilli.
